Front desk lead
Sam has run our front desk since 2016. He answers the phone, books the visits, checks pets in and out, and is the person most likely to know that your beagle gets nervous around the scale and prefers the corner room.
He speaks English and Arabic, and if something at the desk is confusing or you’d like to talk through an estimate, ask him. If he doesn’t know, he’ll find the answer before you leave.
He has a cat named Nugget who is, by all accounts, the boss of the household.
