We respect your privacy. This page explains what this website collects and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you send a message, book a visit, sign a form or sign up for Wagtail Notes, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number, your pet’s name and any message. We use it only to reply, to schedule and prepare for your visit, and to take care of your pet. We never sell it.
Signed forms
When you sign a form, we keep the wording you agreed to and your signature together, and we email you a copy. These forms don’t ask about your health. Veterinary records about your pet are kept at the clinic, for as long as the law requires.
Bookings and payments
Online bookings go to our scheduling system, which sends your confirmation and reminders. When you pay a deposit or a bill by card, you do it on a payment provider’s secure page. Your card number goes to them, never to us, and we only see that you paid and how much.
If you sign up for Wagtail Notes, we send a short email a few times a year. Every one has an unsubscribe link. We also email about your appointments and bills, whether or not you’ve signed up.

This site uses privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you personally.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent through this website at any time. Some records about your pet we may need to keep.
