Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use our website and to visit our clinic.
Our website
This website is built with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, in mind, and it’s checked for common accessibility problems each time it’s updated. Pages work with screen readers and keyboards, text can be zoomed, colors are checked for contrast, and photos have descriptions. Automated checks catch only part of the problems, so if something is hard to use, please tell us.
Our clinic
Our entrance on West Heron Street is step-free, with an automatic door, and the front desk, waiting room and exam rooms are on one level. Accessible parking is right by the door. Our exam rooms are wide enough for a wheelchair or walker, and we have chairs with arms in every room.
If lifting your pet is hard, call from the parking lot and a team member will come out to help you bring them in, or check you in at the car. Service animals are always welcome, and we’ll make time for an unhurried visit if you need one.
Forms and bills
Our forms and estimates can be read to you over the phone, and we’ll send them in large print or by email if you’d like. You can book and ask questions by phone as easily as online.
Need help?
If anything on this site or at our clinic is hard to use, or you need information in another format, please call (208) 555-0142 or email hello@wagtailboise.com. We’ll reply within two business days and help you another way in the meantime.
