Renee has managed the practice since 2014. She writes the estimates, sends the secure pay links, handles pet-insurance paperwork and sends records to other clinics, usually the same day you ask.
If a bill doesn’t look right, or you want to understand a charge before you pay it, call her. She would much rather explain a line item than have you wonder about it.
She runs the foothills trails with her two heelers most mornings before work, and will tell you it’s why she’s so cheerful.
